Shenandoah Community Health Welcomes New Provider

Shenandoah Community Health is pleased to welcome Charlotte Lane, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner, to our team. She will join the clinical staff of SCH Primary Care on 99 Tavern Road in Martinsburg.

Ms. Lane received her Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She brings with her experience in hospital, integrative health, private practice and specialty care (cardiology) settings and is currently pursuing her PhD in Mind-Body Medicine with focus on Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University.
