Women’s Health OB Patients
Routine pre-natal care is important and while we encourage you to keep your scheduled appointments, we also want you to feel as safe and comfortable as possible. To decrease exposure and promote distancing, we have added an additional tent to our Tavern Road location to the right of the main parking lot. Depending on the nature of your visit, some scheduled OB appointments will be conducted in this tented area to enable our providers to continue monitoring your OB progress while eliminating any potential exposure inside the building. Maternal Fetal Medicine guidelines indicate certain visits must continue be seen in the office for prenatal care. When your appointment is scheduled, you will be advised where exactly your visit will be located for optimal safety and adherence to guidelines. Additionally, we realize this is a joyful time to share with others but by restricting visitors, we are making SCH a safer place to continue your pre-natal care. Some circumstances may require you to bring children to the appointment, such as lack of childcare. However, we recommend that you come alone if possible. If you have questions or concerns, please call before you come.
