Shenandoah Community Health is pleased to welcome David Kulling, M.D., Family Medicine Physician, to their team. He will join the clinical staff of SCH Primary Care on 99 Tavern Road in Martinsburg.
Dr. Kulling received his Doctor of Medicine from Technische Universitaet Muenchen (Munich University of Technology), completed his family practice residency at Altoona Hospital and is certified with American Board of Family Medicine. He brings 38 years of practice experience in both hospital and community health settings as a provider, healthcare administrator and professor where he has been published on New Antiepileptic Drugs and Thigh Injury-Football. During his career Dr. Kulling has held appointments on committees such as medical executive, credentialing, clinical resources, quality improvement, physician health, and sports medicine. He has served as a Medical Society President and Vice-President and been involved in various community service initiatives including the role of Pennsylvania School District Physician.
