Shenandoah Community Health Welcomes New Provider

Shenandoah Community Health is pleased to welcome McHaley Hoffman, FNP-BC ,

Family Nurse Practitioner, to our team. She will join the clinical staff of SCH Primary Care on 99 Tavern Road in Martinsburg.

Mrs. Hoffman received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and is certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center. She brings with her nursing experience in an emergency care setting as well as work as a provider in a Federally Qualified Health Center where she focused on women’s health services.
