Office-Based Medication Assisted Treatment

Participants will:
Receive an intake evaluation
Have a medication appointment
Participate in weekly therapy group
Participate in individual therpay
Receive rocovery coach services

The substance use program is managed by SCH's Dr. Laurie Diehl and Heidi L. Lucas, MS, LPC, AADC, CCSOTS.
